Hi everyone! We are Salma and Ali - two people who had an idea and decided to bring it to life. We’ve always had a passion for coffee and wanted to share that with the world.
In the craziness of everyday life, we’ve always found peace in one thing - sharing a simple, warm cup of coffee together. Whether is was early morning before work or late nights talking about our goals for the future, coffee wasn’t just a beverage for us; it was a way to connect, to pause and to savor life’s little moments. It all started with the question: What if coffee wasn’t just about the caffeine? What if it was about the happiness?
That’s how *The Happy Cup* was born. We wanted to create something more than just a coffee cart. We wanted to bring the same warmth and joy we experienced to others. What started as a little kitchen cart from Lowe’s and a posterboard sign from Staples, quickly became the big coffee shop on wheels you all know and love! Every cup we serve isn’t just about caffeine; it’s about community, conversation, and connection. Our mobile cart allows us to pop up in unexpected places, sharing our love for coffee with people from all walks of life.

Each batch of beans is roasted fresh before every event, ensuring that our customers always experience the most flavorful and aromatic coffee possible. Merak's roasting process is meticulously controlled to bring out the unique characteristics of each type of bean, resulting in a rich and satisfying cup handed to you from our cart.
